David Abosch, Esq.
Civil Litigation Attorney
David Abosch practices in the areas of first party property claims (commercial and residential property damage), automobile negligence, personal injury disputes, construction defect and construction-related disputes, and real estate and general civil litigation.
David Abosch is an experienced litigator. He began his career as an attorney in defending insurance carriers and their insureds, working for a state-wide defense firm with 10 offices throughout Florida. In doing so, David represented insurance carriers and their insureds in various complex claims, including all types of property damage disputes (hurricane, plumbing, and fire damage, just to name a few), personal injury claims, and premises liability disputes involving slip and fall, negligent security, wrongful death, and allegations arising from the failure to maintain property in a safe condition.

David's experience in this regard targeted claims in both the homeowners and business/commercial context. In the commercial context, he assessed and litigated claims involving damage to business personal property, and business interruption claims. In both the homeowners and business/commercial context, David is well-versed in analyzing and litigating first and third-party "bad faith" claims relating to the insurance carrier's failure to timely settle claims.
After more than ten years of assisting insurance carriers in avoiding or limiting their exposure to insurance claims, he transitioned his practice to prosecuting claims against insurance carriers and/or their insureds, in cases involving property damage of all sorts. David finds immense satisfaction in providing legal advice and representation to individuals and business of all sizes, relying upon his experience garnered over the course of nearly two decades.

Other areas of his practice include representing buyers and sellers in disputes arising out of real estate transactions, to exercise rights of the buyer(s) or seller(s) as permitted under the governing transaction documents and applicable laws. Additionally, Mr. Abosch represents injured parties in all types of personal injury actions, including, but not limited to, dog bites, automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other premises liability disputes.

Mr. Abosch is licensed to practice law in Florida and Maryland state courts, as well as within the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida's federal district court system. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. His first job out of undergraduate found him working in 2001 with the then-defending Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens' public relations department, serving as a liaison between the players and the media.

Away from the office, David finds joy spending time with his wife and Abosch Law partner, Mila Abosch, Esq., their two boys, and the family's pug. He also enjoys all types of outdoor activities, cheering on his hometown Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens, and attending live concert events.
